If you’ve read the article about my current diet and exercise regime, or any of my articles really, you will know that I always take pre-workout supplements upon waking each morning.
Because I simply can not bring myself to workout at 6:20 am without them. I know, it sounds weak, and it’s something that I find slightly embarrassing. I fought with willpower for way too many years of my life, only to find myself going from “very motivated”, slowly degrading until finally reaching “over it” and giving up on my goals.
You can’t not workout on good pre-workout supplements
As my above long-winded subheading states, a good PWO will make you feel like you’re going to die if you don’t workout. That probably sounds horrible, but nothing gets you motivated like a gun pointed at you. And that’s what it feels like.
That effect is the main reason I take PWO’s but they also have fantastic benefits on top of that, including fat burning (through thermogenesis), increased energy for much better workouts, muscle repair and much more.
