Here’s how to make a delicious guilt free quiche!


Note: You can alter the quantities depending on how big your pan is, this is just a rough guide.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 4-5 stips of Bacon
  • 250g Ricotta
  • half a punnet of Tomatoes
  • A hand full of Tasty Cheese


First thing is the base, but you can’t have pastry. So replace this with bacon!

Line a large pan with strips of bacon.

In a bowl mix together with a spoon the eggs and ricotta, then salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the tomatoes in halves or quarters and mix in.

Sprinkle over some tasty cheese and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese starts to brown up.
